BBCW Distributors cannot guarantee availability of items, exact ship dates, action figure assortment breakdowns, packaging or product variations, or exact quantities available to sell. We disseminate product information as it is provided to us by the manufacturers. We will do our best to continually update product information on our site. Product specifications, pricing, ship dates and availability are subject to change without notice. Buyer consents to all products having an indefinite ship date extension beyond the original estimated ship date. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. Orders may not be cancelled. All products are inspected for quality prior to shipment. Claims for minor packaging dents and dings will not be accepted. Claims for items damaged during shipping must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date. Shipping service failure claims must be submitted within 7 days of the ship date. Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date.

Payment for merchandise must be made when orders are ready to ship, prior to leaving our shipping facility. Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders (US Funds) and Bank Wire Transfers (US Funds drawn on a US Bank).
