1. No Order Minimums – It’s that simple. No Order Minimums! If a case is a solid pack of the same figure, then that item is sold as eaches and your order can be as few as 1 piece. If the case is an assorted pack, then it is sold as sealed cases and your order can be as few as 1 case.
2. Competitive Pricing – Our pricing is very competitive. We will tell you up front that we will not be the least expensive nor will we be the most expensive. If you have a question, someone is available via phone to answer it. If you have a problem, someone is available via phone to make it right.
3. Order Turnaround – We understand the importance of getting the products out the door. We usually have shipments on the road within 24-48 hours of the product arrival or order placement.
4. Shipping Carriers – We ship via FedEx, USPS and Freight. This allows us to continually shop for the most economical means of shipping for our customers.
5. Gift Wrapping – We are equipped to professionally Gift Wrap your Drop Ship Order. This is an opportunity for you to offer more services to your retail customers without having to make any additional investment or without creating any additional work for yourself. You will enjoy a greater margin per sale by using our Gift Wrapping Service. There is a small charge for this service that you can discuss with your sales rep. You will be prompted for this service during the checkout process.
Please note, we are unable to gift wrap some items of irregular shapes, such as action figures on card or in blister.
6. Laser Printed Occasion Cards – Another easy way for you to add incremental sales to your business. In addition to gift wrapping, we can prepare a beautiful, laser printed occasion card. Allow your customers to express their gift-giving sentiment. You don’t need to make any additional investment or do any more work. You will enjoy a greater margin per sale by using this service. There is a small charge for this service that you can discuss with your sales rep. You will be prompted for this service during the checkout process.
7. Online Ordering – Our up-to-date website gives you the ability to order product as you are reading about it. The process is quick and secure.
8. Online Order History – Our up-to-date website gives you history of orders you have placed and their status. This feature is available to you 24/7. When you need to know if you ordered an item, the answer is at your fingertips. If your drop-ship customer asks when his/her order shipped, the answer is at your fingertips with tracking numbers.
9. Product Images – We update our website continually to provide the best product images available. We don’t put any markings on the images (our logo, for example). So feel free to copy the images from our website to post on your website.
