• His tile sculptures make up MONOLITH's iconographic design, which pays tribute to everything from ancient Aztec imagery to the classic Mexican TV series El Chapulin Colorado. Look closely and you'll find eagles, snakes, Día de los Muertos sugar skulls and marigolds, luchadores, conchas (sweet breads), and so much more. Cacti are also a theme throughout — a symbol of resilience in harsh conditions.
